• Option 1 - You as renter have full use of the house from November 1^st through April 30^th. Owners reserve the right to enter during the week for short periods as needed to tend and harvest greens from the greenhouse and to obtain produce from the root cellar. Renter pays seasonal rental fee of $7000, plus all utilities for the winter season (oil, propane, electric, public water, phone, cable, plowing). Owners will provide 1 cord of wood for the wood cookstove, and renter agrees to leave greenhouse radiant thermostat at 50F, and to leave greenhouse automatic drip irrigation system on. Sorry, no pets allowed.

• Option 2 - You as renter have full use of the house on weekends (from 5 pm Friday evening until 6 pm Sunday evening) from November 1^st through April 30^th, and for two full vacation weeks. Owners may occupy the house during weekdays (except for the two full vacation weeks selected by renter). Renter pays seasonal rental fee of $7500. Owners pay for all utilities and for plowing. Renter must leave house broom clean, bathroom clean, dishes washed, and bed in main bedroom stripped after each weekend. Owners will leave house in same condition whenever they occupy it during the week. This was the arrangement used during the 2004/2005 winter 3 month rental, and it worked well. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Winter Short Term Rental: Renter pays rate as listed below. Renter leaves house broom clean, bathroom clean, dishes washed, bedding in hamper. Owner provides one set of clean bedding and blankets at beginning of rental period, washes bedding and cleans house at end of rental period. Owners pay all utilities.
