These kits are worked entirely in French Knots & realistically simulate a 1" scale hooked rug. Beautiful in your dollhouse or as a lovely piece of art in a frame on the wall of you big house! They are easy to work and take less concentration than other forms of needlework. There is no counting involved, just fill in the printed area with knots.

The knot itself is somewhat easier than the traditional French Knot; just once around the needle to produce a nice thin rug with less tendency for tangles. You will only need an embroidery hoop and scissors to complete your project. Everything else is in the kit.
